Learning about job information at the recruitment tables, Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh (26 years old, Fire and Rescue Police Team Area No. 33) hopes to find a job in the information technology industry, with an income of 15 million VND/month.
After 2 years in a disciplined environment, I feel more mature. Currently, I want to do many different jobs to accumulate more experience and have not given much importance to long-term stability," Mr. Hanh shared.
Businesses proactively recruit, ready for training from the beginning

The thematic job transaction session for Hanoi Capital police soldiers in 2026 has 41 units participating. Of which, 350 targets for enrollment; 1,608 targets for recruitment and labor export needs.
The target for recruiting labor with college and university degrees or higher is 474; labor with intermediate level - technical workers is 532; general labor is 602 with diverse occupations and income levels divided according to recruitment needs from 5-15 million VND/month.
Job opportunities are divided by age group, mainly from 18-25 with 721 targets; age group 26-34 with 532 targets, and the rest is the age group from 35 and up with 355 targets.
