According to Mr. Truong, Thanh Mai International Education Joint Stock Company has participated in a job fair organized by the Hanoi Employment Service Center and recruited employees. Currently, labor export and study abroad activities have fully recovered after the pandemic, and have even developed more strongly in some markets, so the company has increased recruitment of personnel to meet job requirements in the new period.
"We are supported by the Hanoi Employment Service Center from travel costs, and the center staff even go with the company to mobile recruitment locations...", Mr. Truong said.
Mr. Pham Manh Quan - recruitment supervisor, Jollibee Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that his company currently needs to recruit hundreds of employees. Mr. Quan said that partime employees are currently quite difficult to recruit, especially in the provinces. The reason is that localities have many factories and companies to operate, increase recruitment with many attractive policies. "In the past, we have found many ways to strengthen recruitment, from contacting schools, participating in job fairs... Fortunately, we have received a lot of support from the Hanoi Employment Service Center during the recruitment process such as support for communication, arranging suitable candidates... Hopefully, in today's job fairs connecting 6 northern provinces and cities, we will recruit the required number of personnel", Mr. Pham Manh Quan shared.
Recruiting many workers in the 18-25 age group

Present early at the job fair on the morning of September 22, Ms. Trang said that she used to be an English teacher at a private kindergarten in Tay Ho ward. After quitting her job at a kindergarten, Ms. Trang worked as an English teacher for students at all levels.

At the job fair, Ms. Trang said that because her job as a tutor still has free time and she is not married, she wants to find an extra job with the criteria of "comfortable, light head".
This is the first time I have participated in job searching through a job fair. Although I was still confused, I was welcomed and enthusiastically guided by the center staff and human resources of the participating businesses, said Ms. Trang.
According to Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of Hanoi Employment Service Center, the online job fair connecting 6 provinces and cities on September 22 had the participation of localities: Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen. The session has 95 participating units, of which 32 units are in Hanoi, 17 units are in Ninh Binh, 14 units are in Lang Son, 7 units are in Tuyen Quang, 10 units are in Bac Ninh, 15 units are in Thai Nguyen.
"The total recruitment demand at the session was 20,107 targets, while the Hanoi job exchange alone had 1,130 targets. The demand for recruiting workers with college and university degrees or higher is 6,081 people; the demand for recruiting workers with intermediate degrees and technical workers is 7,634 people; the demand for recruiting unskilled workers is 6,392 people, said Mr. Vu Quang Thanh.
Regarding salary levels, there are 2,285 salary positions from 15 million VND/month or more; 3,167 salary positions from 10 to 15 million VND/month; 2,203 salary positions from 7 to 10 million VND/month; 8,205 salary positions from 5 to 7 million VND/month.
In terms of age groups, there are 8,895 positions for the 18-25 age group; 6,956 positions for the 26-34 age group; 4,256 positions for the 35 age group and above.
