According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dung - Chairwoman of Hai Ba Trung District Labor Federation, in the past school year, 40/40 grassroots unions registered with agencies, units and enterprises meeting cultural standards for the period 2024 - 2025. Through monitoring and coordination with the District Department of Education and Training to score in 2024, the results of 40/40 schools were achieved; in 2025, the District Labor Federation will hand over the City Labor Federation to continue monitoring and management.
In the past school year, the team of cadres, teachers and staff with good moral qualities and political awareness, sense of responsibility in work; actively studying, improving professional qualifications, basically meeting professional tasks and trade union activities in the current period.

In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the Ha Huy Tap Secondary School Union collective received a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; the Trung Trac Primary School Union collective received an excellent emulation flag from the Hanoi City Labor Federation; the Trung Nhi Secondary School Union, Tay Son Primary School, Le Ngoc Han Secondary School, Vinh Tuy Primary School collective received a Certificate of Merit from the City Labor Federation; 23 collectives and 97 individuals who have excellently completed their tasks were commended by the District Labor Federation.
The trade union coordinates with the government to implement specific, practical and effective measures to promote activities applying information technology to serve the innovation of teaching methods, education management, etc.
