Implementing the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on deploying activities to care for Binh Ngo Tet 2026 for union members and workers, in order to ensure that all union members and workers have a full, warm, and joyful Tet, on the afternoon of February 4, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation organized a Tet greeting program, giving Tet gifts from the funds of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to union members and workers of Thanh Dong Ward Trade Union.
Attending the program were Mr. Trieu The Hung - Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Education; Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet - Standing Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, along with representatives of local leaders, businesses and a large number of union members and workers.
At the program, 50 Tet gifts were presented to union members and workers of 8 companies in Thanh Dong ward, with a total value of 1.3 million VND/gift, including 300,000 VND Tet gifts and 1,000,000 VND in cash.
These are typical union members and workers, who have made many efforts in labor and production, and those in difficult circumstances at Thanh Dong Ward Trade Union (Hai Phong City).

Speaking at the program, Mr. Trieu The Hung expressed his sharing and encouragement to union members and workers; and at the same time requested Party committees, authorities, mass organizations, and businesses at all levels to continue to pay more attention to the material and spiritual life of workers - those who directly create material wealth every day and every hour, contributing to the development of the country.
Mr. Trieu The Hung emphasized the necessity of increasing income for workers, ensuring that income is increasingly improved; and at the same time, paying attention to solving housing issues for workers, meeting housing needs, helping workers feel secure and attached to the business for a long time. On the occasion of the New Year, he sent the best wishes to all union members, workers and their families.

Moved when receiving Tet gifts, Ms. Tran Thi Lien - a worker at Samil Hanoi Vina Co., Ltd., a single mother raising a young child, in particularly difficult circumstances, expressed her gratitude for the timely care and sharing of the Trade Union organization and leaders at all levels, saying that this is a great source of encouragement for her to continue to strive to overcome difficulties and feel secure in working.
The activity of giving Tet gifts to union members and workers is a content that trade union levels in Hai Phong City regularly maintain every Tet and Spring. Through the program, the Trade Union organization promptly grasps the thoughts and aspirations of workers, contributing to caring for their material and spiritual lives, especially for those in difficult circumstances.
