A survey by the Hanoi Employment Service Center shows that Hanoi students possess many encouraging potentials and capabilities.

According to the Bulletin "Job picture for students in Hanoi" (built based on survey data from more than 3,000 students in the third quarter of 2025) issued by the Hanoi Employment Service Center, Hanoi students have 6 outstanding abilities.

Flexible adaptability: 59.24% of students are confident that they are "good" or "very good" at quickly adapting to new tools/work environments.

Digital information processing skills: 55.58% of students are confident "good" or "very good" in their ability to search and assess the reliability of information.

Conflict handling ability: 50.94% of students are confident "good" or "very good" in their ability to handle conflict situations in the group.

Independent working ability: 44.39% of students are confident that they are "good" or "very good" at independent working ability without continuous supervision.

Field experience: 45.11% actively searched and participated in official internships.

Self-learning ability, updating: 40.2% of students are confidently "good" or "excellent" in self-learning ability and updating new knowledge and skills.

According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, Hanoi students stand out with flexibility, digitization ability, self-learning spirit and proactive attitude. These are important qualities, well meeting the requirements of the modern labor market and the development potential of the Capital.
