7 industry trade unions including: Education, Health, Agriculture and Rural Development, Transport, Construction, Industry and Trade Trade Trade and the Provincial Civil Servants' Union officially ended their activities.
At the same time, 2 new grassroots trade unions were established, including: the Trade Union of the Provincial Party Agencies and the Trade Union of the Provincial People's Committee.
"Today's conference will hand over union members from grassroots unions under the 7 dissolved industry unions to appropriate grassroots unions" - Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor said.
The Vice President of the Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor encouraged the grassroots unions that were handed over to work with peace of mind, because this change only concerns the name of the higher-level organization, not affecting the nature of the operation of the Trade Union organization.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh hopes that grassroots trade unions will continue to develop, and at the same time, suggested that leaders of trade unions at the grassroots level improve their sense of responsibility, develop appropriate programs and action plans, and actively advise the Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor to promptly remove difficulties, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
