On November 8, the 2nd Kyungshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, took place successfully.
During the past term, the Trade Union has supervised the implementation of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for 100% of employees without employees. The Trade Union coordinated with the Board of Directors to ensure stable jobs and income, while caring for and giving gifts to 3,460 union members with a total cost of nearly 3 billion VND and supporting Tet bus fares of more than 1.2 billion VND, ensuring good working conditions and environment, maintaining harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the Company.
In the new term, the Trade Union of Kyungshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. aims to have at least 10 provisions that are more favorable than those prescribed by law, and admit union members over 98%.
100% of union officials are trained in their professional skills, and introduced at least 75 outstanding union members for the Party to consider, train, and admit, contributing to building an increasingly strong union organization.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Second tenure, consisting of 07 comrades, elected the Inspection Committee and the delegation to attend the Congress of the Upper Trade Union. Mr. Duong Van Minh is the Chairman of the Trade Union of Kyungshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. for the 2025 - 2030 term. 100% of delegates voted to approve the Congress Resolution.
Speech by Ms. Vo Thi Thu Oanh - Vice President of Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor praised the Trade Union of Kyungshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. as a typical unit with many outstanding achievements, which has well protected the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
She suggested that the Executive Committee of the new term Trade Union should proactively research and propose appropriate solutions, continue to innovate the content and methods of operation in the new situation.
"It is necessary to focus on performing well the function of representing, negotiating, and signing Collective Labor Agreements with increasingly favorable terms compared to the provisions of law for union members and workers" Ms. Oanh emphasized this content.
