On October 30, furukawa Automotive systems Vinh Long Vietnam Co., Ltd. (FAS Vinh Long), Binh Minh Industrial Park, Cai Von Ward, held a fire fighting and rescue drill (PCCC&CNCH) in 2025.
The drill is part of the company's annual plan, conducted twice a year: 1 day shift and 1 night shift, to improve the professional skills and awareness of fire prevention and fighting and rescue for all employees.
The drill session helped officers and soldiers of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department grasp the characteristics of the facility, strengthen the grassroots fire prevention and fighting force and raise awareness of fire prevention and rescue for workers.
hypothetical situation: fire in the warehouse due to an electrical short circuit, spreading to neighboring areas, creating a lot of smoke and toxic gas. The company's team 2 promptly rescued 02 people trapped and took them to the first aid team.
Of the total 6,211 workers, 3,325 people participated in the drill, coordinating smoothly with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force and fire fighting equipment, ensuring absolute safety.
The response process was deployed synchronously: alarm, electric knife cutting, fire alarm 114, evacuation and rescue, use of 03 fire extinguishers, move goods, operate pumps, deploy wall water tanks.
The Fire Prevention and Rescue Force mobilized 03 fire trucks and 01 specialized vehicles carrying commanders, coordinating smoothly with the company's staff, ensuring absolute safety. After the "fire" was controlled, the Command Committee held a meeting to learn from experience and perfect the plan.
The drill was successful, improving response capacity, minimizing damage to people and property at FAS Vinh Long.
