On November 20, the Buon Ma Thuot Ward Union (Dak Lak Province) said that in the last term, the locality has developed 8,223 union members in 119 grassroots unions.
The employment and living conditions of workers and laborers have gradually improved, with an average income of 911 million VND/month. The facilities and working conditions at enterprises are basically meeting the needs of workers.
During the 2025-2030 term, the Buon Ma Thuot Ward Trade Union will continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, promote its role as a representative, caretaker and protects the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
The unit also aims to build a strong, modern and comprehensive trade union organization, contributing to strengthening the working class and the trade union system to be increasingly solid.
