Support thousands of bus, train and plane tickets
The whole Dong Nai province currently has 52 industrial parks in operation, with 2,298 grassroots unions with more than 784,000 union members. At the end of the year, the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor focused on taking care of Binh Ngo Tet 2026 for union members and workers.
Currently, the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor has deployed a plan to support 2,200 bus tickets for the 2026 Youth Union Members' Tet - Spring Bus trip program to send workers home to celebrate Binh Ngo 2026. Dong Nai was allocated 450 train tickets and 120 plane tickets by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to take union members and workers home for Tet.
Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor said that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026, Dong Nai will have 9,300 union members given shopping vouchers with a face value of VND500,000/voucher when participating in the online Trade Union - Spring 2026 Market organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Accordingly, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor provides financial support through electronic shopping vouchers (e-vouchers) for union members to buy goods and consumer products on the program's official website or application on smart devices. The beneficiaries are union members in the Vietnam Trade Union system, with outstanding achievements in labor and production; union members with difficult circumstances and low income.
According to the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Trade Union Tet Market aims to innovate the caring activities of the Trade Union organization, contributing to bringing a warm and full Tet to union members, workers and families. In particular, bringing goods and consumer products to meet the quality standards of domestic enterprises and units, helping union members and workers have the opportunity to buy goods and products with guaranteed quality, suitable prices, incentives, cost savings, modernity, convenience and speed.
Mr. Le Nhat Truong - Chairman of the Trade Union of Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bau Xeo Industrial Park, An Vien Commune, Dong Nai Province) proposed that for preferential purchasing programs, it is necessary to diversify essential products to serve the lives of union members and workers.
Currently, the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor has also implemented a plan to organize Tet reunion activities, meetings with workers' families; arts, sports, meetings, exchanges, and lucky draws in industrial parks, boarding houses, and enterprises, hoping that all union members and workers can enjoy spring and celebrate Tet in a joyful and warm atmosphere. The union also proposed to visit, give gifts, encourage union members in difficulty who did not return home for Tet, and support bus tickets and means of transportation. At the same time, announce early the time off for Tet, pay salaries and bonuses so that union members can work with peace of mind.
Focus on stabilizing labor relations at the end of the year

In particular, organize activities to care for and represent union members and workers, especially during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026; at the same time, request grassroots unions to focus on stabilizing labor relations at the end of the year; pay attention to union members' lives and jobs, especially negotiating welfare policies, salaries, bonuses, ensuring regimes and policies for union members and workers to work with peace of mind.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Dai - Deputy Head of the Industrial Parks Trade Union - Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor - also suggested that grassroots trade unions, depending on the conditions, organize Tet reunion programs, entertainment activities; Organize visits and give Tet gifts to union members and workers in special difficulties; Organize shuttle buses to welcome union members and workers who have been outstanding and have not returned home for Tet for many years...
