Every year, on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Trade Union at all levels organizes activities and gives gifts to the children of workers. This year, early, with 10 days left until the Mid-Autumn Festival, Dap Cau Garment Corporation Kindergarten organized a Full Moon Festival for children. Here, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Dap Cau Garment Corporation Joint Stock Company, on behalf of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union, presented meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival gifts from the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union to children studying at the school for the children of workers of Dap Cau Garment Corporation.
The joy of the children brought by the Trade Union organization becomes a motivation for parents to be more attached to the enterprise and the Trade Union organization. Not only here, but in many places, Trade Unions at all levels are organizing the "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" program, creating a healthy, meaningful and warm playground for children. Thereby, it demonstrates the role and responsibility of enterprises and trade unions in caring for the lives of workers and their children.
In Hanoi, to make the children of workers truly enjoy the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Hanoi City Labor Federation has proposed that the Trade Unions at all levels closely coordinate with local authorities, unit leaders, and enterprises to organize the "Happy Full Moon Festival" program for the children of workers, civil servants, and laborers. Activities are integrated richly, from art programs, folk games, sports such as football, badminton, swimming to club activities, helping children have a useful, healthy and safe playground.
For children, Mid-Autumn Festival is a time for playing and breaking the cake. As for workers, the Mid-Autumn Festival is truly a Festival for union members when they directly receive the attention of businesses and trade unions. At units under Hanoi Textile and Garment Corporation, in recent days, the warm family atmosphere has spread in the production workshops.
On the occasion of the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival 2025, the Corporation's Trade Union organized the purchase of traditional moon cakes to give to union members and employees in the Corporation. At Ha Nam Branch, leaders and the Union, on behalf of the Corporation's Union, presented meaningful gifts to employees with wishes for a happy and joyful Mid-Autumn Festival for the family. It was also a joy that the union members and workers of Nam Dan Garment Factory and Nghi Loc Garment Factory received Mid-Autumn Festival gifts from the General Corporation's Trade Union from the leaders, Trade Union and Youth Union of the Factory directly handed over at the workplace.
What is special is that witnessing the bright smiles of workers when receiving Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, those who come to give gifts are very happy. Because more than anyone else, witnessing that moment, they believe that this simple joy is the strong bond connecting the extended family of workers, creating a Tet season for union members in the roof of the corporation.

The program "Supporting a Year of Autumn at the North Power Corporation (EVNNPC)" by the Trade Union has brought a family reunion atmosphere to children and the elderly at the Vinh Phuc Social Work Center, Phu Tho province. Visiting the Center, the delegation presented 20 million VND to support the purchase of medicine and medical supplies; presented 93 gifts including practical necessities such as soap, shampoo, towels, fabric Linh Xanh, sweaters, and moon cakes to the elderly and children; and organized a "Love Meal" with nearly 100 servings of candy for the elderly and children at the Center.
The program implementation budget was donated from individuals and trade union organizations under the EVNNPC Agency Trade Union and a number of philanthropists in EVN. According to Ms. Tran Mai Phuong - Chairman of the EVNNPC Agency Trade Union, with the tradition of helping each other as if loving oneself, the program "S up a Mid-Autumn Festival 2025" not only gives Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, but also shares spiritual things, expressing the hearts of union members of the corporation's agency to the elderly and unfortunate children.
This is also one of the practical activities to welcome the 14th Northern Power Corporation Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and is an opportunity for union members to become more attached, spread the spirit of compassion, social responsibility and share with the community.
A good way for the Trade Union organization during the Mid-Autumn Festival is to propagate and educate the children of union members and workers about sharing in society. The Trade Union of Garment 10 Corporation has organized for children of garment 10 staff and workers to prepare more than 800 gifts to send to children in the highlands during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Each gift is carefully and thoughtfully wrapped, with a label clearly stating the sending person's name, class, parents' name and work unit.
The messages "to the children of kindergartens, primary schools, and high schools" along with the warm and happy Mid-Autumn Festival wishes make the gift even more special. Especially for the givers themselves - the future generation of the country - because of compassion, social responsibility has been nurtured in them.
