Attending and directing the congress were Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation.
The Congress welcomed 210 official delegates, representing the will, aspirations, and solidarity of more than 63,000 union members of the company.
The political report at the Congress evaluated the results of activities in the past term, with the motto of always focusing on representing, protecting legitimate rights and interests and caring for the lives of union members and workers. Notable are the results: Goertek Vietnam Company's Trade Union has negotiated and signed collective labor agreements with many more favorable terms for employees; maintained periodic and ad hoc dialogues at the workplace, promptly resolved 100% of union members' opinions and recommendations. Union members' lives are guaranteed with an average income of direct employees reaching 11,000,000 VND/person/month.
The union has proactively coordinated with the Company to organize the "Union Meal" Program for 100% of union members with a value of 69,000 VND/meal (the union supports 44,000 VND/meal). With this result, the Company's Trade Union was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Provincial Labor Federation for its outstanding achievements in organizing the "Union Meal" Program in 2025...
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Thach Van Chung - Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and praised the outstanding, creative and effective results that the Goertek Vietnam Company Trade Union has achieved in the past term.
Mr. Thach Van Chung suggested that the Executive Committee of the new Trade Union continue to perform well the 3 basic functions of the Vietnam Trade Union organization, while focusing on key tasks, including continuing to do a better job of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, promptly resolving urgent and pressing problems of union members right from the root.
Strengthen propaganda and education so that workers can comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws (especially the Labor Code, the Trade Union Law, the Social Insurance Law, etc.).
In addition, actively propose and coordinate the organization of cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among workers; building a strong Trade Union organization, improving the quality of Executive Committee activities, fostering professional skills for the staff, striving to achieve the title of Strong Grassroots Trade Union.
Mr. Thach Van Chung believes that the new Executive Board will be a solid support for workers and a responsible companion for business owners.
With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Goertek Vietnam Company, term II, 2025-2030, launched and called on all cadres, union members and workers to be determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress of Goertek Vietnam Company, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress.
