Improve the effectiveness of dialogue and collective bargaining in the 2023 - 2028 period with many solutions and suggestions on building policies and regimes for employees at enterprises. Participated in consulting, introducing jobs, supporting vocational training for workers in industrial parks; effectively participated in resolving disputes related to employee policies, handling violations of labor, trade unions, social insurance... with 215 visits, with 3,652 people protected.
Coordinate with competent authorities and enterprises to organize propaganda and consultation on dialogues with enterprises, management staff, union officials and employees on regimes, policies, foster knowledge, negotiation skills, dialogue for union officials and negotiation and dialogue groups at enterprises... Thereby, the number of enterprise unions signing labor agreements is increasing, the quality of agreements is increasingly meeting the legitimate aspirations of many union members and employees. 100% of agreements have 3 contents that are more beneficial to employees than those prescribed by law, of which nearly 85% of agreements have 5 contents that are more beneficial than those prescribed by law, most commonly the provisions on female workers during menstruation with 30 minutes off per day, raising children under 12 months old with 60 minutes off per day (the leave period still receives full salary according to the labor contract),...
In the period of 2023-2025, there have been 23 work accidents in units and enterprises with trade unions, killing 23 people. During the process of handling the case, the Trade Unions at all levels have recommended that units and enterprises fully implement the regimes and policies for people affected by work-related accidents to ensure higher benefits or equal to the provisions of law.
Wherever union members and workers are in difficulty, there is the Union to support
With the motto "Where union members and workers are in trouble, there is support from the union", the work of caring for union members and workers has been focused on by trade unions at all levels. The focus is on maintaining the organization of the "Tet Sum Vay" Program and annual Tet care activities for union members and employees. The total budget for organizing at all levels of the Trade Union is worth over 90.9 billion VND. In addition, 1,645 gifts were presented, worth over 850 million VND to union members and employees with serious illnesses, serious work-related accidents, occupational diseases and children of union members and employees with serious illnesses. Maintain interest-free roundabout capital contributions, sign bank loan guarantees for 29,513 union members participating with an amount of 33.5 billion VND.
The "Union Meal" program has over 182 enterprise-level trade unions organized for more than 24,847 union members and employees, with each meal worth from 60,000 VND to 75,000 VND, an amount of over 17.4 billion VND. The "Union Shelter" program and housing care for workers have achieved practical results. In the period of 2023 - 2025, 428 union members have been supported to build and repair houses with a total amount of 23 billion 695 million VND.
The Provincial Federation of Labor has signed cooperation agreements with 3 enterprises, Trade Unions at all levels have signed with 86 enterprises, thereby 129,618 union members have benefited with an amount of 6.8 billion VND, including: entertainment services, tourism, essential goods, finance, medical examination and treatment... with preferential prices from 5% to 50%. The Provincial Federation of Labor has directed the Trade Unions at all levels and organized the review and support for union members and employees due to business cuts and reductions for over 116,579 union members and employees in 7 enterprises, with an amount of over 58.3 billion VND.

Signing welfare programs is one of the important solutions to concretize the goal of union members being more beneficious when participating in the Trade Union, thereby bringing practical support, especially for union members in difficult circumstances".
