Determining the focus of the emulation movement in the period of 2025 - 2030
The Vietnam Textile and Garment Group and the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union determined that at this stage, it is necessary to promote key emulation movements, each of which is associated with new content and new ways of doing things. That is the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" associated with process innovation, technology, digital transformation, green transformation.
The movement "Good at public affairs, good at housework" among female workers and civil servants is associated with work efficiency; building a prosperous, progressive, happy and civilized family. The "Enterprise for Workers" movement is associated with promoting production and business efficiency, maintaining sustainable employment; improving working conditions, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene; caring for the material and spiritual life of workers; building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
According to Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tam - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, President of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union, emulation movements have been innovated in content to meet new requirements, while achieving basic goals such as the number of initiatives and improvements to bring an average increase of 10%/year; each good worker has at least 2 stages, mastered many tasks; the average annual growth profit is from 12 - 15%, the average annual income of workers increases 2 - 3% higher than the actual CPI; each year, there are 80% or more workers in the administrative and career sector and 70% or more workers in the production and business unit achieving good work, advanced workers, emulation fighters...
Here, it can be seen that the goal of each good worker being proficient in at least 2 stages of many jobs requires each unit to train and create conditions for workers to improve their skills, learn more stages, and at the same time, each worker is aware of self-study to meet new technology, the increasingly high requirements of industry technology.
Each factor must fulfill its responsibility
With the spirit of: "racing for innovation, digital transformation, improving labor productivity, quality, work efficiency, confidently entering a new era with the country", the Vietnam Textile and Garment Group and the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union call on all cadres, union members, workers and enterprises, grassroots trade unions in the entire system to unite, promote the combined strength, make the patriotic emulation movement in the 2025 - 2030 period a specific action in each collective and individual; contribute to the strong development of the Vietnam Textile and Garment industry, and the country's rapid and steady progress on the new journey.
Regarding the responsibility of factors in organizing, deploying and implementing emulation movements, Mr. Nguyen Thai Duong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union - emphasized: The Group and the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union clearly state the responsibility of each factor. In particular, cadres, union members, and workers are constantly studying, improving their qualifications and professional skills; understanding the work, being proficient in work, being versatile, and being versatile; practicing industrial style and labor discipline; contributing to building a Vietnamese Textile and Garment workforce with knowledge, skills, and courage, highly adapting to the requirements of the job position.
