Repealing 11 Decrees related to wages from April 15

According to Decree 44/2025/ND-CP, from April 15, 11 Decrees related to labor management, wages, and bonuses will be abolished.

According to the content of Decree 44/2025/ND-CP effective from April 15, 2025, 11 regulations on labor management, wages, remuneration, and bonuses in State-owned enterprises will be abolished, including:

1- Decree No. 51/2016/ND-CP dated June 13, 2016 of the Government regulating labor management, wages and bonuses for employees working in a single-member limited liability company with 100% state capital.

2- Decree No. 52/2016/ND-CP dated June 13, 2016 of the Government stipulates salary, remuneration, and bonuses for managers of single-member limited liability companies with 100% state capital.

3- Decree No. 53/2016/ND-CP dated June 13, 2016 of the Government regulates labor, wages, remuneration, and bonuses for companies with shares and capital contributions controlled by the State.

4- Decree No. 21/2024/ND-CP dated February 23, 2024 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 51/2016/ND-CP dated June 13, 2016 of the Government regulating labor management, wages and bonuses for employees working in a single-member limited liability company with 100% charter capital held by the State and Decree No. 52/2016/ND-CP dated June 13, 2016 of the Government regulating wages, remunerations, and bonuses for managers of a single-member limited liability company with 100% charter capital held by the State.

5- Decree No. 20/2020/ND-CP dated February 17, 2020 of the Government on piloting labor management, wages, and bonuses for a number of economic groups and state-owned corporations.

6- Decree No. 87/2021/ND-CP dated September 29, 2021 of the Government on extending the implementation period and amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 20/2020/ND-CP dated February 17, 2020 of the Government on piloting labor management, wages, and bonuses for a number of economic groups and state-owned corporations.

7- Decree No. 64/2023/ND-CP dated August 23, 2023 of the Government supplements Decree No. 87/2021/ND-CP dated September 29, 2021 of the Government on extending the implementation period and amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 20/2020/ND-CP dated February 17, 2020 of the Government on piloting labor management, wages, and bonuses for a number of economic groups and state-owned corporations.

8- Decree No. 121/2016/ND-CP dated August 24, 2016 of the Government on piloting labor and salary management for the Military Telecommunications Group (Viettel) for the period 2016 - 2020.

9- Decree No. 74/2020/ND-CP dated July 1, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 121/2016/ND-CP dated August 24, 2016 of the Government on piloting labor and salary management for Viettel in the period of 2016 - 2020.

10- Decree No. 82/2021/ND-CP dated September 6, 2021 of the Government on extending the implementation period and amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 121/2016/ND-CP dated August 24, 2016 was amended and supplemented in Decree No. 74/2020/ND-CP dated July 1, 2020 of the Government on piloting labor and salary management for Viettel.

11- Decree No. 79/2024/ND-CP dated July 2, 2024 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 121/2016/ND-CP dated August 24, 2016 was amended and supplemented in Decree No. 74/2020/ND-CP dated July 1, 2020 and Decree No. 82/2021/ND-CP dated September 6, 2021 of the Government on piloting labor and salary management for Viettel.
