The delegates attended from the staff rooms and 14/22 affiliated grassroots social insurance agencies. Deputy Director of Tay Ninh Social Insurance Vo Van Thao attended and directed the conference.
In his opening speech, Mr. Vo Van Thao emphasized that social insurance and health insurance (HI) policies are two pillars of the social security system, playing an important role in caring for the lives and health of people and workers. Mr. Vo Van Thao suggested that the participants be serious, responsible, and actively discuss so that after the training, they can become skilled propagandists, contributing to expanding the coverage of social insurance and health insurance in the locality.
At the conference, leaders of the Department of Propaganda and Support for Direct Participants instructed on skills to communicate voluntary social insurance and household health insurance policies. The contents are assessed to be highly practical, helping students grasp the approach and expressing methods in a close and easy-to-understand way, increasing their persuasion in the process of mobilizing people.
The presentation practice in the form of "lucky spinning" created a vibrant atmosphere. Nine teams of representatives of grassroots social insurance participated in presenting topics related to social insurance and health insurance policies. Many creative and witty presentations, associated with real life, received the encouragement of the audience. The three units with the best performance were Tan Thanh, Tan Tru and Vinh Hung Social Insurance.
With an innovative organization, combining theory and practice, the conference has brought practical results, contributing to improving communication skills for the team of social insurance officials, bringing social security policies closer to the people.
