In recent years, along with the task of building and developing the Southeast Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of Nghe An province; the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone of Nghe An province, the Provincial Labor Federation has always paid attention to developing cultural and sports careers to improve health, improve physical fitness of people, actively contribute to human resource development, and improve the spiritual life of workers.
In that spirit, the "Southeast Economic Zone and Nghe An Industrial Zones Sports Tournament" has become a traditional sports tournament, maintained and organized annually by the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board in coordination with the Provincial Labor Federation.
After nearly 1 month of competition in the two sports of Southern Football and Volleyball, the 2025 Southeast Economic Zone and Nghe An Industrial Zones Sports Tournament has been a great success, a activity to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025) and towards the 18th anniversary of the establishment of the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone, Nghe An province (August 30, 2007 - August 30, 2025).
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Le Tien Tri - Head of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board assessed that the 2025 sports tournament is a very meaningful playground, and full of dedication. With nearly 600 athletes from 32 businesses participating in 86 competitions, along with fierce, exciting and exciting matches.
The tournament is not only a source of exchange, but also a motivation for workers to be attached, enthusiastically work and be creative, contributing to the increasing development of the cultural - sports movement in Nghe An Economic Zone and Industrial Parks.
Mr. Le Tien Tri hopes that the sports tournament will create momentum and encourage all workers in the Southeast Economic Zone and Nghe An Industrial Parks to strive to excellently complete the production and business tasks in 2025, together building a harmonious, stable and progressive working environment in enterprises.
At the same time, he hoped that the leaders and Executive Board of the Trade Union of enterprises would continue to pay more attention and care for the material and spiritual life of workers in each enterprise. Continue to nurture the physical education and sports movement to develop more and more, towards the 2026 Sports Tournament.
At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded the Championship Cup and Gold Medals, Medals and Bronze Medals to the winning teams, and awarded titles to outstanding athletes.
In men's football, An Nam Matsuoka Garment Company Limited won the Championship Cup, Luxshare ICT Company Limited won the second prize; Hoa Sen Nghe An One Member Co., Ltd. and May Forestry Joint Stock Company won the third prize.
Regarding the men's and women's team volleyball event, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to An Nam Matsuoka Garment Company Limited; the Second Prize to Nghe An PP Paper Materials Joint Venture Company Limited; and the Third Prize to Premium Fashion Vietnam Company Limited and Luxshare ICT Company Limited (Nghe An).
The Organizing Committee also awarded the following prizes: Best Goalkeeper to Athlete Nguyen Trung Hieu - An Nam Matsuoka Garment Company Limited; Top scorer to Athlete Tran Van Manh - An Nam Matsuoka Garment Company Limited; Best player to Athlete Pham Dinh Do - Luxshare ICT Company Limited; Best male athlete to Athlete Le Dai Thang - An Nam Matsuoka Garment Company Limited; Best female athlete to Dinh Thi Ngoc Anh - Premium Fashion Vietnam Company Limited; Athlete Nguyen Thi Huong - Nghe An PP Paper Materials Joint Venture Company Limited won the Miss.
