(Giao Long Industrial Park, Chau Thanh District, Ben Tre Province) - said that her child is studying at Ngoi Sao Private Preschool (An Phuoc Commune, Chau Thanh District, Ben Tre Province). Recently, she has received a subsidy of 160,000 VND/month for her children of workers and laborers working in industrial parks.
This support policy has helped reduce the financial burden on my family. Both husband and wife work for hire, their income is just enough to cover expenses. The above subsidy policy not only helps ensure children's learning rights but also reduces the burden of educational costs" - Ms. Nhung said.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao - a worker at UniSoll Vina Co., Ltd. - said that she has been sending her child to Ngoi Sao private preschool (An Phuoc commune) for more than a year. She has received subsidies under the policy of supporting preschool children who are children of workers and laborers working in industrial parks according to Decree 105/2020/ND-CP. "The policy has contributed to reducing the burden of education costs, helping me feel secure at work, and giving my children better opportunities to study" - Ms. Thao said.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Kieu Chi - Head of the Ngo Sao Private Preschool Group, the unit currently has more than 50 children of workers and laborers working in Giao Long Industrial Park for care, care and education. In recent times, the implementation of the subsidy policy for children of workers and laborers has been ensured by the unit, thereby contributing to helping the support reach the right beneficiaries.
Report No. 232 of the Department of Education and Training of Ben Tre province, there are a total of 43 preschools in the industrial park in the area. Of which, there are 13 public kindergartens, 8 public kindergartens, 4 non-public kindergartens and 18 independent kindergartens.
Ben Tre province has paid a total of more than 1.47 billion VND to children of workers and laborers working in industrial parks in the area. To date, a total of 1,987 children of workers and laborers have enjoyed this policy.
The Department of Education and Training of Ben Tre province informed that the support policy for preschool education in industrial parks has helped young parents who are workers have more expenses to choose to send their children to non-public preschools, ensuring quality as well as safe conditions for children.
