On June 10, speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee said: "The Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee are completing the necessary work to prepare to announce the decision to appoint key personnel in 68 newly established communes and wards after the arrangement of administrative units.
When the National Assembly Standing Committee has a resolution on the establishment of new communes in the locality, the province will announce the decision to appoint key personnel in the localities. Thereby, ensuring that the new commune-level government will operate stably from July 1".
According to the leader of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, after the arrangement, the province will have 68 new administrative units (including 7 wards and 61 communes), a reduction of 112 units (equivalent to 62.22%).
The work of introducing and arranging key personnel in communes and wards has been implemented by the province in accordance with the instructions of the Central Government and the characteristics of the locality.
The selected cadres are capable and qualified, meeting the requirements of the tasks set in the current context. The process of reviewing and selecting personnel was implemented by the province objectively, thoroughly and in accordance with the process.
According to research, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has made a list of expected cross-examinations for key positions at the commune level in the locality.
The unit is assigned to advise and introduce personnel for the Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of wards and communes for the 2021-2026 term according to regulations.
The personnel arrangement is based on reviewing the political standards, capacity and qualities of each cadre.
The Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee also requested the District Party Committees, Town Party Committees, and City Party Committees to coordinate with the commune-level authorities to deploy organizational structure and arrange facilities.
Thereby, preparing to hand over tasks and civil servants from the district level to the commune level, ensuring the stable and effective operation of the grassroots political system.
