Accordingly, the Vietnam Coffee Corporation Trade Union coordinated with the government to direct 30 affiliated units to organize a conference to commend advanced models and summarize the emulation movement "Good at public work - Good at home work" for the period 2020-2025.
This activity is organized by the units in a practical way, so it attracts the attention of many cadres, union members and employees of the entire Corporation.
In reality, the period of 2020 - 2025, despite many difficulties such as the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic; erratic weather with droughts, frequent floods; agricultural product prices for many years below production costs ... greatly affect production and business results. However, with a sense of responsibility and through emulation movements, each union member and employee in the Corporation has overcome difficulties to complete the work.
As a result, many businesses have higher continuous growth rates year after year than last year. The average income of workers in 2024 will double compared to 2020. Typically, some households have an income of 500 million to 1 billion VND from contract garden production. The lives of workers have improved, so they can work with peace of mind, no longer leaving their gardens to work under contracts as before.
From the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", many more technical innovation initiatives have been applied to production, contributing to improving labor productivity and ensuring product quality.
