All staff and employees are equipped with the necessary digital skills to apply in daily life to grasp, take advantage of, exploit, and enjoy the fruits of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation.
Thereby, enhancing the role and responsibility of trade unions at all levels, especially heads of trade unions at all levels in leading and directing the implementation of movements, implementing tasks and solutions to popularize basic knowledge about digital transformation and digital skills for union members and employees; at the same time, accelerating the digital transformation process of agencies, units and enterprises.
The movement includes the following contents: Propaganda, dissemination, creating a strong change in the awareness and actions of trade unions at all levels, cadres, union members, and employees on digital transformation and the work of popularizing digital skills for cadres, union members, and employees in the process of national digital transformation.
Organize "Digital cradle platform" classes both in person and online, instructing on basic knowledge and skills in information technology; essential digital skills, helping cadres, union members, and employees access the internet and use appropriate digital platforms.
Establishing teams of cadres, union members, and employees to play a core role in supporting and disseminating knowledge about digital transformation to employees, especially employees in enterprises...
The Provincial Federation of Labor requests that the trade unions at the grassroots level and the grassroots trade unions directly under the Provincial Federation of Labor proactively advise the Party Committee, coordinate with the authorities at the same level to develop implementation plans to grassroots trade unions and cadres, union members, and employees in localities, sectors, and affiliated units.
Direct, urge and inspect the implementation of the "digital education movement"; coordinate with the government and social forces to invest resources and conditions to ensure the implementation of the "digital education movement" at their level.
Direct affiliated grassroots trade unions to organize research, study and develop plans to implement the "digital learning environment" movement, establish the model of "C community digital technology group". Focus on checking, summarizing, evaluating, and drawing experience from implementation. Periodically report the implementation results every 6 months and 1 year to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor through the Propaganda - Women's Union and the Provincial Federation of Labor.
