The draft amended Decree 12/2022/ND-CP (draft) amended and supplemented Point b, Clause 1, Article 73 of Decree No. 12/2022/ND-CP as follows:
"b) Do not allow members of the Board of Directors to represent the Labor at the grassroots level, the part -time union officials are entitled to other guarantee in labor relations or in performing representative functions according to regulations of law ".
Amend and supplement Clause 3, Article 73 of Decree No. 12/2022/ND-CP as follows:
"3.
a) Forcing the employer to pay salaries to members of the Board of Directors of the employee representative at the grassroots level, the union officials are in charge of the working time in accordance with the law for the implementation of the public. the work of the labor representative organization at the grassroots level for violations specified at Point a, Clause 1 of this Article;
b) Forcing the employer to ensure that members of the Board of Directors of the Labor Representative Organization at the grassroots level, the part -time trade union officials are entitled to other guarantees in accordance with the law for acts of acts. Violating the provisions of Point b, Clause 1 of this Article ".
Talking to PV Labor on the contents of the draft proposal, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Duan, Member of the Standing Committee of Vietnam Education Union, Chairman of Hue University Union said that the draft confirmed the attention of the Party and the State in general and the law for trade union organizations and workers; ensure very practical rights and interests for workers, suitable to practical conditions of life; ensure equality, fairness, democracy and civilization.

Trade unions and employees of Hue University are always paid attention to promptly and closely, creating all conditions for organizing trade unions at all levels to operate properly, tasks, ensuring rights and benefits. Legal benefits for workers both physically and mentally, in accordance with the law and bring joy and excitement to all workers, contributing to ensuring the solidarity, attachment and donation of people. Labor for the school in general and trade union in particular ”, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Duan.
According to Assoc. Nguyen Duan, the draft content is very correct and timely. This will be a solid legal corridor, an important fulcrum not only for Vietnamese Trade Union organizations but also for each union official, each member of the union and each employee.
"I as well as many other trade union officials, especially workers, welcome and support new points in the draft," Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Duan emphasized.
