Developing party members in preschools
Ms. Tran Thuy An - a union member working at Tuoi Xanh Private Kindergarten (Cai Be District, Tien Giang Province) - shared: “The union has done a good job of taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers. The Cai Be District Labor Federation also trained and introduced me to participate in a Party awareness training class and I was admitted as a Party member, I am very honored and proud. In the coming time, I will continue to strive to complete the assigned tasks at the unit.”
Working at the same workplace as Ms. An, Ms. Nguyen Duong Huyen Trang shared: “I work at a public service unit, after a long period of training and striving, I was admitted into the Party by the Cai Be District Labor Federation Party Cell. In the coming time, I will continue to work hard to contribute to the education cause of Cai Be District.”
Mr. Than Van Ky - Chairman of the Cai Be District Labor Federation - said that in recent times, the Executive Committee of the Cai Be District Labor Federation has always assigned specialized cadres directly in charge of each unit as the core force for Party development work; identifying the target of propaganda and enlightenment of ideals for union members and workers. At the same time, focusing on fostering political awareness for union members, to build a core elite union member force, in order to gradually create a solid foundation for the work of developing party members and building party organizations in private preschools in the area.
Important mission
Mr. Le Minh Hung - Chairman of the Tien Giang Provincial Federation of Labor - said that since the beginning of 2024, all levels of the Labor Union in Tien Giang province have trained and introduced 1,592 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration and admission. Thereby, 931 comrades have been admitted to the Party, including 519 female union members.
The Chairman of the Tien Giang Provincial Federation of Labor said that one of the highly effective solutions in developing Party members among union members that the Tien Giang Provincial Federation of Labor is applying is that union officials directly go to the grassroots to propagate the Party and State's guidelines and laws, mobilize, guide, and help workers improve working conditions, care for their lives, and organize cultural, sports, and social activities for workers...
With the above measures, many workers have clearly understood the benefits of joining a Trade Union and have written applications to join.
“The Standing Committee of the Tien Giang Provincial Federation of Labor has directed all levels of the Union to pay attention to introducing and helping outstanding union members in agencies, units and enterprises in the area, so that they can strive and train to join the Party. This is the most obvious political benefit that the Union organization brings to union members,” said Mr. Hung.
Chairman of Tien Giang Provincial Federation of Labor Le Minh Hung also emphasized that training resources to introduce and develop party members who are union members is an important task and responsibility of the Union organization.
In the coming time, the Trade Unions at all levels of Tien Giang province will continue to actively carry out the work of building Party organizations in agencies, units and enterprises in the area, strengthen training and introduce outstanding union members for the Party to consider and recruit.
