On May 15, Unisoll Vina Co., Ltd., Giao Long commune, Vinh Long province organized the "Trade Union Meal" program for more than 6,000 union members and workers working at the enterprise. The activity took place in a joyful and cozy atmosphere and received positive response from workers.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation, on behalf of the Provincial Labor Federation, sent greetings to business leaders and workers, emphasizing that "Trade Union Meals" is a key activity of Workers' Month 2026, strengthening the connection of workers.
Mr. Linh said that the program is not only a collective meal but also an opportunity for trade unions to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of workers, contributing to improving the quality of care and working conditions at enterprises.

In the context of the economy still facing many fluctuations, businesses are under pressure of orders, production costs are increasing, and trade unions continue to accompany and coordinate in taking care of jobs and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights of workers.
The Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation thanked Unisoll Vina Co., Ltd. for coordinating the program organization, and at the same time hoped that workers would continue to strive to work, improve their skills, and work with businesses to overcome difficulties and build harmonious and sustainable labor relations.
In the dining area, many workers expressed their excitement when eating meals in a close and friendly atmosphere with colleagues and business leaders. Meals are prepared thoughtfully, ensuring nutrition, contributing to creating more motivation for workers to feel secure and stick together for a long time.
Worker Tran Le My said that the activity helps to have quality meals, feel care and sharing after working hours. "I am very happy that the company and the trade union organized a full and warm meal. This is a meaningful activity, helping workers to bond and feel more caring about their working process," Ms. My shared.

Mr. Le Thanh Huy said that the program creates a close atmosphere between workers and businesses, contributing to raising the spirit of the collective, and hopes that businesses will maintain care so that workers have more motivation to work and produce.
According to Mr. Huy, in addition to salaries and bonuses, spiritual activities such as trade union meals are practical for workers, helping workers meet, chat, and share after a period of focusing production at the factory.
Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuoc - Chairman of the Trade Union of Unisoll Vina Co., Ltd. - said that this year's "Trade Union Meal" program serves 6,225 meals for union members and workers with a value of 60,000 VND per meal. Meanwhile, the value of daily meals for workers at the enterprise is currently at 19,843 VND/meal.
According to Mr. Phuoc, improving the quality of meals during Workers' Month aims to show the concern of businesses and trade union organizations for workers. Through this activity, the trade union hopes to add motivation so that workers can feel secure in working and stick with the business for a long time.
