On May 12, at Ha Thanh Fashion Joint Stock Company, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Hop Thinh Commune Trade Union and the Company's Board of Directors to organize the "Trade Union Meal" program in 2026 associated with visiting, giving gifts, and supporting union members and workers on the occasion of Workers' Month.
Attending the program were Ms. Lam Thi Huong Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, along with leaders of departments, branches, localities and more than 1,120 union members and workers working at the company.
Ha Thanh Fashion Joint Stock Company was established in 2013, currently a business operating in the field of garment export, creating jobs for over 1,000 workers with a system of many modern production lines, products exported to markets such as the US, Italy, Japan, Korea...
At the program, all union members and workers participating in the trade union meal were given increased meal value to 40,000 VND/meal, an increase of 15,000 VND compared to normal days.
In which, the Trade Union organization supported 10,000 VND/meal, and businesses supported an additional 5,000 VND/meal. The meal atmosphere was warm and friendly, showing the practical concern and care of the Trade Union organization and businesses for the lives and health of workers. Meals were prepared to ensure nutrition, food safety and hygiene, contributing to improving the quality of lunch meals for workers in the spirit of Conclusion No. 03/KL-BCH of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
On this occasion, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation presented gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, who have been in labor accidents, suffer from dangerous diseases, and have achievements in labor production and trade union activities.
In particular, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation awarded the Certificate "Exemplary Enterprise for Workers" in 2026 to Ha Thanh Fashion Joint Stock Company to recognize the enterprise's efforts in caring for material and spiritual life, improving the working environment, and effectively implementing policies for workers for many years.
The "Trade Union Meal" program is a meaningful activity in Workers' Month 2026, continuing to affirm the companion role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
