On August 15, the working delegation of the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation led by Mr. Nguyen Nhat Tien - Vice Chairman, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee visited the enterprise and attended the Trade Union Meal organized by the grassroots Trade Union in coordination with the leaders of An Giang Food and Vegetable Joint Stock Company (Chau Phu commune) and An Giang Construction and Installation Joint Stock Company (My Thoi ward).

At each destination, on behalf of the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Tien would like to visit the production and business situation of the units and the working life of union members and workers.
After listening to the reports from the units, Mr. Tien expressed his joy at knowing that the units have made efforts to maintain production and business and ensure the lives and income of workers.
On this occasion, on behalf of the Provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Tien presented each enterprise with a gift.
At An Giang Food and Vegetable Joint Stock Company, Union Meals at the time of shift meals for 321 union members and workers. The meal has many attractive dishes and specialties such as: green shrimp paste, beef, chicken, stewed bones with soft drinks and yogurt. The total value of each meal is 75,000 VND. Of which, the Provincial Labor Federation supported 50,000 VND/scholarship. Before the meal time, the Provincial Labor Federation kindly presented 2 Union Shelters to union members with housing difficulties.
At the An Giang Construction and Assembly Department, the Union Meal had 120 union members and workers attending, organized in the afternoon to suit the specific work of enterprises with many industries. Each meal is worth 100,000 VND. Of which, the Provincial Labor Federation supported 50,000 VND, the Company and the grassroots Trade Union supported 50,000 VND. Before the meal, the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Party Committee, leaders and grassroots Trade Unions presented support to 5 Trade Union Shelters (25 million VND/house) to support 22 union members and workers in difficult circumstances (1 million VND/person). At the same time, the decision to admit 35 outstanding workers was presented.
The Union meal was more warm and full of excitement when representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation, Party leaders, authorities and grassroots unions directly visited each table, talked and sat down to eat together.
