Implement the Trade Union Meal program according to the instructions of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, the company's trade union develops an organization plan, reviews union members in difficult circumstances to propose the Provincial Federation of Labor to give gifts, and actively proposes to the Board of Directors of enterprises to coordinate in organizing the "Trade Union Meal" program at the company.
On August 19, 2025, the Trade Union coordinated with the enterprise to organize a Trade Union Meal for 1,100 union members and workers, with a total value of VND 49,500,000, of which the trade union budget is VND 22,000,000; the company spends VND 27,500,000; gives 37 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, with a total value of VND 74,000,000.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Vinh - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Hi-P Vietnam High-Tech Technology Co., Ltd. said that the "Union Meal" program at the company was successful, ensuring the set goal of taking care of the lives of union members and workers. The organization work was carried out seriously and scientifically, ensuring time and not affecting production progress. "The atmosphere of the meal was intimate and cozy, creating cohesion between union officials and workers. Union members and workers expressed their satisfaction and gratitude for the attention of the Trade Union organization, contributing to improving working spirit and awareness of attachment to the unit - said the chairman of the grassroots trade union.
Incorporate many meaningful activities
At the Guo Vina Co., Ltd. Trade Union, immediately after the Nenh Ward Trade Union issued Guidelines and launched the "Union Meal" program, the Guo Vina Co., Ltd. Trade Union Executive Committee quickly developed a specific plan, closely coordinating with the company's Board of Directors to organize implementation.
During the development process, the company's Trade Union has focused on improving the quality of shift meals. The union has coordinated with the kitchen and food suppliers to strictly control the origin, quality and hygiene of food; organize periodic dialogues with workers to listen to opinions on shift meals, thereby adjusting a rich menu to suit the tastes of many workers.
The union has coordinated with the Board of Directors to organize collective meals with the participation of company leaders, union officials and workers. In a close and warm atmosphere, the meal not only has nutritional value but also creates cohesion and sharing, helping workers gain more trust in the Trade Union and the enterprise. In 2024 and 2025, implementing the instructions and direction of the higher-level trade union, the grassroots trade union will organize the "Union Meal" program. The company's trade union has regularly dialogueed and proposed to business owners to constantly improve and enhance the quality of shift meals for employees. As a result, periodically every Wednesday and on occasions such as: International Women's Day (8.3), Vietnamese Women's Day (20/10), Mid-Autumn Festival, New Year's Day, Company Day (10.7)... The company organizes special meals with more nutritional value and food content than daily for employees.
At the "Union Meal" program in 2025, the company's trade union combined the content of giving 20 gifts from the Provincial Federation of Labor to 20 workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 1 million VND; organized a union admission ceremony for 246 workers who applied to join the trade union.
The representative of the grassroots trade union believes that with the close direction of the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of Nenh Ward and the Provincial Federation of Labor, along with the support of enterprises and the determination of the Trade Union organization, the "Union Meal" program will continue to be implemented more and more effectively and practically, contributing to building a healthy, united, and committed workforce in Bac Ninh province, developing sustainably with enterprises.
