On April 5, the Buon Ma Thuot City Labor Federation (Dak Lak province) said that the unit had just mobilized the establishment of the Son Ca Dong Private Kindergarten Union.
Accordingly, 19 workers at the school voluntarily wrote applications to join the Vietnam Trade Union and declared the establishment of grassroots trade unions.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Cuc - President of the City Labor Federation expressed her joy when the collective of workers at the school trusted and chose to participate in the "common home" of the trade union organization.
With this event, the Son Ca Dong Kindergarten Union became the 198th member of the Buon Ma Thuot City Union.
The Chairman of the City Labor Federation hopes that the new grassroots trade union will soon stabilize its organization and promote its role in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
The unit needs to quickly develop and promulgate operating regulations and assign specific tasks to each union member, contributing to promoting the strong development of the trade union movement at schools.
