Mr. Trinh Van Hau (Duong Noi ward, Hanoi City), born in 1991, is currently Secretary of the Youth Union, Head of the Production Team - Leather and Footwear Workshop, Mechanical and Costume Enterprise (MTV 19. 5 Co., Ltd., Ministry of Public Security).
Mr. Hau shared that he started working at Company Limited MTV 19. 5 (Company 19. 5) from July 2019 at the decoration and finishing department of the leather shoe production line. During his work process, Mr. Hau constantly strived with all his enthusiasm, passion and enthusiasm of a youth union official - young laborer at a special production unit of the police industry.
Company 19.5 has a long history of experience in producing military equipment to serve officers and soldiers of the people's police force. At the unit, skilled and highly skilled labor accounts for a large proportion. To strive for a higher position, in addition to good professional capacity, workers also need to make unremitting efforts, work proactively and wholeheartedly... Deeply aware of this content, Mr. Hau is always dedicated to his work, not afraid of overtime and overtime. At the same time, he is always close to colleagues, especially those who have a lot of experience to learn and improve their knowledge. In February 2023, he was appointed Head of Production Team - Leather and Footwear Workshop.

Most preciously, in the process of working and working, Mr. Hau said that he always receives the most attention, encouragement, and support from company leaders, enterprise leaders, workshop management boards, grassroots trade unions, Youth Union branches and the support of his family.
Sharing about the advantages and challenges of workers, especially young workers in the context of digitalization and strong AI development as today, Mr. Hau realizes that he must continue to learn and update technology to be able to catch up with new trends.
“I myself always monitor the situation, learn through the internet about maintenance applications, automatic quality checks. I use AI to analyze temperature sensors, vibration of machinery to forecast incidents, thereby adjusting accordingly. Thanks to AI combined with computers for high accuracy, I contribute to minimizing the number of faulty products. In addition, I also learn about smart robots that can assemble, pack, mix, and cut each piece of leather accurately to serve the production of leather shoes, belts, gun cases of all kinds...”, Mr. Hau shared.
In particular, Mr. Hau also applies AI in forecasting market demand, managing inventory, accurately adjusting the quantity of goods to be produced...
Thanks to his outstanding achievements in work, Mr. Hau achieved the title of Grassroots Emulation Soldier in 2023, 2024, 2025; received a Certificate of Merit from the Director of the Department of Security Industry (Ministry of Public Security) for his outstanding achievements in the emulation to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Vietnamese People's Police, the 19th anniversary of the All People's Day for National Security Protection and the 79th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
