Training is implemented in the form of working and learning, distance learning, and self-study in a direction suitable to the practical conditions of the institution.

According to statistics, to date, the rate of trained workers in Cao Bang province has reached 51.2%; the rate of trained workers has reached 40%.
In the period 2026-2030, the province strives to newly train and re-train 20,000 workers, focusing on the province's advantageous industries: tourism, services, agriculture and economy, border gates.
