Caring for workers during the April 30 - May 1 holiday.
Joining the heroic atmosphere of the whole country celebrating April 30th and International Labor Day May 1st, in industrial parks (IPs) in Dong Thap province, many activities to care for workers (NLĐ) are being implemented enthusiastically and practically. Prominent is the grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of Freeview Industrial Co., Ltd. (Tan Huong IP) with a series of activities imbued with the spirit of sharing and connecting.

Accordingly, the Company's grassroots trade union presented about 20,000 gifts to union members, workers (UM, W), and employees with a total budget of over 3.7 billion VND. It is worth noting that the deployment method is flexible, when gifts are given directly at each workshop, helping employees not have to move, without affecting production progress. Each gift includes practical necessities such as raincoats, dishwashing liquid, deodorizing spray... prepared to suit living conditions, especially during the preparation period to enter the rainy season.

Not only meaningful in supporting life, the gifts also show the subtle concern of the Trade Union organization (TU), contributing to creating a warm and cohesive atmosphere throughout the business.
At the same time, the spiritual life of workers is also focused on. The 11th Freeview Cup Workers' Football Tournament, which closed in mid-April 2026, attracted more than 120 male and female athletes to compete. Exciting matches and cheering sounds on the field not only bring joy but also contribute to strengthening solidarity and creating motivation for active work in the collective.
Gold Deals" - the gold effect
Behind the exciting activities during the holidays is a solid foundation built from innovative thinking in trade union activities. At Freeview Industrial, Mr. Le Vo Huu Hanh - Chairman of the grassroots trade union - is mentioned by workers as a "net gold bargain". With an approach that goes beyond the usual framework, the Trade Union Executive Committee has included in the Collective Labor Agreement a policy recognizing the attachment of workers with 24K gold.

Specifically, employees who have worked for 10 years are awarded 1 tael of 24K gold accompanied by a Certificate of Merit; 20 years are awarded 1.5 taels of 24K gold and a Certificate of Merit. This is a rare policy in the Mekong Delta region, with significance not only material but also spiritual. The gold in hand is a tribute to the journey of dedication, a testament to how businesses and trade unions together cherish the value of employees.
Not only stopping at symbolic initiatives, trade union activities here also bring clear efficiency. In the period 2023–2025, the total profit from negotiation policies reached about 500 billion VND. Workers' lives are constantly improved with the policy of increasing salaries and allowances twice a year; output bonuses applied to both direct and indirect workers. Average income reached more than 11.1 million VND/person/month, along with regimes of living support, sending children, and insurance are fully guaranteed.

It is the comprehensive and practical concern that has helped the TU organization build solid trust. The UM ratio is always maintained at over 99%, labor relations (QHLĐ) are stable, harmonious, and no hot spots arise. From the reality of grassroots TUs here, it shows that: if determined to implement, TUs can negotiate different values. And here, that is "net gold" - both literally and figuratively.
From gifts on April 30th, exciting football matches or gold threads exchanged - all contribute to creating a humane and close working environment. In the flow of the historic April, these specific actions are vivid proof of the spirit of serving workers - an important foundation for sustainable business development and increasingly meaningful labor relations of the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
