HCMC - The Trade Union of Export Processing and Industrial Zones of HCMC awarded scholarships and gifts worth a total of VND 385 million to children of union members.

39 "Give Wings to Dreams" scholarships (worth VND5 million/scholarship) were awarded by the Trade Union of Export Processing and Industrial Zones of Ho Chi Minh City to children of union members who died due to COVID-19 on the afternoon of June 22. The total amount of scholarships awarded this time is 195 million VND.

The "Give Wings to Dreams" scholarship program was sponsored by the Trade Union of Export Processing and Industrial Zones of Ho Chi Minh City to mobilize Binh Tay Food Joint Stock Company to award to children of union members who have worked at enterprises in Export Processing and Industrial Zones of Ho Chi Minh City who died due to COVID-19.

Over 4 years (from 2022 to present), these students have received a total of 780 million VND in scholarships to have more funds to continue studying.

On this occasion, the Trade Union of Export Processing and Industrial Zones of Ho Chi Minh City also presented 95 gifts (worth 2 million VND/gift) to union members' children with serious illnesses.

The total value of the "Give Wings to Dreams" scholarship and gifts that the Trade Union of Export Processing and Industrial Zones of Ho Chi Minh City presented to the children of union members this time was 385 million VND.
