
According to Article 21 of Regulation 05/QD-TLD in 2024, prohibited acts in reporting and handling complaints in the Trade Union organization include: Obstruction, causing difficulties and inconveniences to whistleblowers; Lack of responsibility and discrimination in handling complaints; Revealing the full name, address, pen name of the whistleblower and other information that reveals the identity of the whistleblower.
Loss or falsification of records and documents of the complaint in the process of handling the complaint; Not resolving or intentionally resolving the complaint illegally, taking advantage of position and power in handling the complaint to commit illegal acts, harassment, causing trouble for the whistleblower and the accused; Not performing or not fully performing the responsibility of protecting the whistleblower.
Illegal intervention, obstruction of complaint settlement; Threatening, bribing, taking revenge, bullying, insulting the accuser; covering up the accused; Intentionally reporting false information; Forcing, luring, inciting, luring, buying bribes to others to report false information; using the names of others to report.
Buying bribes, threatening, revenge, insulting those who resolve complaints; Taking advantage of the right to report to propagate against the State, infringe upon the interests of the State, disturbing public security and order; distorting, slandering, insulting the honor, dignity, and reputation of others; Providing false information about the complaint and resolving the complaint.
