Accordingly, the Party Cell was established with 6 party members. Ms. Le Thi Thuong - Vice Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union - was appointed as Secretary of the Party Cell; Mr. Nguyen Huu Dac - Member of the Company's Trade Union Standing Committee - held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dinh Van Minh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dao Duy Tu ward - said that the establishment of the Party cell is a milestone in the work of building Party organizations at enterprises.
Mr. Dinh Van Minh requested the Party Cell to soon stabilize the organization, improve the quality of activities, promote the exemplary role of party members; coordinate with businesses and Trade Unions to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Luong Trong Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized that this is the result of the persistent process of preparing resources, mobilizing, and coordinating between Party committees, trade union organizations and businesses; and at the same time has many practical meanings.
First of all, for the Trade Union organization, when there is a Party organization in the enterprise, the grassroots Trade Union has more political support to better perform the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. This is also a condition for Trade Union officials to improve their position and better promote their role in relations with the enterprise.
For businesses, the Party Cell creates more environment for outstanding workers and union members - people with skills, qualifications, industrial style, sense of responsibility and aspiration to contribute - to have conditions to train, grow up and be attached for a long time. These positive nuclei will contribute to building harmonious, stable labor relations and promoting sustainable business development.
For union members and workers, when the Party organization operates substantively, workers have more environment to study, train, improve their qualifications and skills and strive to grow up. The Trade Union also has conditions to discover and nurture typical factors to introduce to the Party for consideration and admission.
For Party organizations, the establishment of Party cells right in enterprises helps the Party be closer to workers, understand more clearly the thoughts and aspirations of workers and be closer to production and business practices.
The ultimate goal that we aim for together is that businesses are successful, workers are happy, trade unions are strong, the Party is strong, and the homeland and country are increasingly developing" - Mr. Luong Trong Thanh emphasized.
The Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation requested that the Party Cell after establishment must operate substantively, not formally, and not be away from the production environment. The content of activities needs to be associated with specific issues of businesses and workers such as productivity, quality, labor safety, discipline, initiatives, workers' lives and labor relations.
Immediately after the announcement ceremony, leaders of Annora Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. and Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation presented 30 gifts to 30 workers in difficult circumstances. Each gift included a gift worth 300,000 VND and 1 million VND in cash.
