On January 21, information from Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Insurance (BHXH) said that the payment of pensions and social insurance allowances in March will be deployed early and combined into the payment period in February 2026 for people who are receiving monthly pensions and social insurance allowances in the province.
Early payment is carried out based on Official Dispatch No. 3447/BHXH-TCKT dated December 26, 2025 of Vietnam Social Security on pension and social insurance allowance payment for the payment periods of January, February and March 2026.
Accordingly, in the payment period of February 2026, Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Insurance deployed payment of items including: pension, social insurance allowance for March 2026, New Year's Day gift allowance, Lunar New Year gift allowance; payment to retired officials according to Decision No. 10/2007/QD-UBND dated March 7, 2007; payment of loss of working capacity allowance according to Decision No. 3924/QD-UBND dated November 7, 2021.
For people receiving monthly pensions and social insurance allowances in cash, payment is carried out at payment points of the Post Office, according to the time and location announced by Khanh Hoa Provincial Post Office, starting from February 5, 2026.
For people receiving pensions and social insurance allowances through personal accounts (ATMs), Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Insurance will directly transfer money, the payment time starts from February 2, 2026.
Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Insurance requests people receiving pensions and social insurance allowances to monitor the notification of functional agencies, proactively arrange the time to receive money, and ensure their rights according to regulations.
