On November 22, Area Management Working Group No. 5 (Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation) said that it had participated in the free screening of the movie "Dia Dao", serving more than 500 union members and workers in the area.
Previously, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports to develop a plan to promote the film "Red Rain" or "Tunnel", providing free service to union members and workers in Tam Long, Ba Ria wards and Long Dien commune.
The process of notifying grassroots trade unions (CDCS) has received the response of many union members and workers. Many workers have invited friends and colleagues to watch the film; or registered to take their whole family to watch the film screening served by the union.
Ms. Dao Thi Thuy Ngan (Trade Union of ChuniL Vina Co., Ltd., Ba Ria ward) commented that this is a very practical activity, helping workers to have fun after working hours. Hopefully, more similar programs will be organized to serve union members and workers.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly (Union of Ba Ria Traditional Medicine Hospital, Tam Long Ward) said that when informed, she was excited to invite her colleagues to participate. The group also prepared more drinks and gifts to watch the complete film screening.
According to the Area Management Working Group No. 5, this is a cultural activity, showing films on revolutionary topics to serve union members and workers in the area, while honoring the heroic sacrifice and patriotism of the previous generation.
Thereby, sending a message of solidarity, the desire for peace, and deep gratitude to the previous generation, reminding the younger generation about the sacred value of peace exchanged for both blood and tears.
