On August 5, the Quang Ngai Provincial Federation of Labor announced that Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Lan - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Federation of Labor - had just inspected the implementation of the arrangement of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level in Dak Ha, Mo Cay, Mo Duc and Long Phung communes.
At the working sessions, representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of communes reported the results of the implementation of tasks after implementing the arrangement of administrative units according to the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee. In general, the team of cadres, party members, union members, association members and people in the area expressed their consensus and high unity with the Party's policies.
After the arrangement, the organizational apparatus in the communes quickly came into operation; the ideology of cadres, party members and people was stable, demonstrating a sense of responsibility, proactively advising Party committees and authorities in leadership, direction and management work in the locality. Thereby, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, better serving the people.
In addition to the achieved results, due to the large area and scattered population, the ability to grasp the situation of union members, association members and people is still limited; there is a shortage of facilities and working equipment, etc.
Concluding the working sessions, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Lan acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of localities in the work of reorganizing the apparatus and implementing political tasks in recent times, especially in propaganda work, mobilizing people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Lan suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of communes continue to promote propaganda, create high consensus among the people; increase grasp of the situation of public opinion, promptly reflect issues arising at the grassroots level.
At the same time, proactively develop plans and prepare conditions to organize the first Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the commune level, term 2025 - 2030, ensuring requirements on content and progress according to regulations; launch vibrant emulation movements, mobilize resources to care for and support union members, association members and people in difficult circumstances.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Lan also suggested that local Party committees pay attention and arrange a Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune to be in charge of and monitor the work of grassroots trade unions and union members in the area.
