According to the X03 Department Trade Union, in recent times, the emulation work of rewarding and honoring collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" has always been focused on by the Department Trade Union.
Thanks to that, in 2022, 2023, 2024, the X03 Department Trade Union was awarded the People's Public Security Trade Union flag to the "Excellent Unit"; 9 union members achieved the title of "Outstanding Union Member" were awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Minister of Public Security; 1 Department Trade Union was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the People's Public Security Trade Union for sports in 2020; 2 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 2 collectives and 15 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the People's Public Security Trade Union.
From 2018 to present, 18 leaders at the Department, Department, and Trade Union officials have been awarded the title "For the cause of Vietnam Trade Union".
From 2018 to 2024, 98 union members were awarded Certificates of Merit by the People's Public Security Union; 123 union members were awarded Certificates of Merit by the X03.
In addition, trade union organizations under X03 actively organize propaganda and mobilize union members to participate in studying to improve their qualifications, meeting the requirements in their field of work. In the past time, trade unions at all levels of X03 have trained and introduced 15 outstanding union members to the Party Committee at the grassroots level to study the Party subjects, 7 outstanding union members have been admitted to the Party; dozens of union members have participated in professional training courses, improving their qualifications to meet the requirements of the unit's political tasks.
