Mr. Dinh Duc Cuong - Chairman of the Trade Union of An Hoa Paper Joint Stock Company said that the company's grassroots trade union has launched emulation movements to innovate machinery and equipment to improve product quality productivity.
"In November 2025, we launched an emulation movement and had 3 initiatives and experiences applied in practice, thereby helping to improve productivity and reduce product costs," said Mr. Cuong.
Determining that workers are the valuable capital of enterprises, in recent times, trade unions in Tuyen Quang province have increased the promotion of grassroots democracy regulations, the voice and aspirations of workers have always been listened to and resolved promptly.
The union has performed well the function of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, ensuring stable life, employment and income for workers.
Timely understanding, concern and sharing have created close coordination between the trade union organization, workers and enterprises. Thereby contributing to the strong development of the enterprise, constantly improving the lives of workers.
Mr. Trieu Tai Phong - Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Federation of Labor said that in the coming time, trade union activities need to continue to be innovated, including doing a better job of propaganda and mobilization of workers to participate in trade union organizations.
According to the Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Federation of Labor, the propaganda work needs to be correct and accurate, promoting effectiveness so that workers and laborers understand the superiority and important role of the trade union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights of union members and laborers.
Tuyen Quang Provincial Federation of Labor is currently managing 33,291 union members with more than 300 affiliated grassroots unions. In recent years, the work of caring for union members and workers has been implemented by trade unions at all levels with many practical and effective activities.
