    The Lao Dong Newspaper Legal Consulting Office replied:

    Article 50 of Decree 152/2025/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2025) stipulates the bonus level for emulation titles as follows:

    1. For individuals:

    a) The title of "National Emulation Fighter" is awarded a Certificate, frame, Badge, Badge container and is rewarded 4.5 times the basic salary;

    b) The title of emulation fighter of ministries, departments, branches, and provinces is awarded with a Certificate, frame, Badge, and a container of the Badge and is awarded 3.0 times the basic salary;

    c) The title of "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level" is awarded a Certificate, a framework and is rewarded 1.0 times the basic salary;

    d) The title of "Advanced Worker" and "Advanced Soldier" is awarded 0.3 times the basic salary.

    According to Decree 73/2024/ND-CP, the current basic salary is 2,340,000 VND/month.

    Thus, from July 1, 2025, teachers who achieve the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level will be rewarded with VND 2,340,000 according to the above regulations.
