In which, the national database information system on cadres, civil servants, and public employees is based on Article 6.
Article 6. National database information system on cadres, civil servants, and public employees
1. The national database information system on cadres, civil servants, and public employees includes the following components:
a) The Information Portal on cadres, civil servants, and public employees performs the function of providing information on policies and laws on cadres, civil servants, and public employees; management activities, implementation of policies and laws on cadres, civil servants, and public employees; recruitment notices, recruitment results of civil servants and public employees of agencies, organizations, and units; providing information and data on cadres, civil servants, and public employees to agencies, organizations, units, and individuals;
b) Other components performing the function of managing and storing data and electronic records of cadres, civil servants, and public employees collected and synchronized from relevant information systems and databases; exploiting and analyzing data for synthesis, statistics, analysis of structure, fluctuations, staff quality, and human resource forecasting; coordinating the provision and sharing of information and data; authenticating usernames;
c) Components connecting and sharing data with other databases and information systems.
2. The Ministry of Home Affairs shall build and promulgate the national database architecture on cadres, civil servants, and public employees, which includes the data architecture, the information system architecture of the national database in accordance with the overall national digital architecture framework, the national data architecture framework.
