Announcing the decision on the work of social insurance officers in region I

Director of Vietnam Social Insurance Le Hung Son chaired the conference. The conference on the side of Vietnam Social Insurance was also attended by Mr. Nguyen Huu Thanh, Head of the Personnel Organization Committee; Head of the Revenue Management and Participant Development Committee Phan Van Men... On the side of Vietnam Social Insurance Region 1, there was Director of Vietnam Social Insurance Region I Nguyen Ngoc Huyen, civil servants receiving the Decision and key leaders of units under Vietnam Social Insurance Region I.

Previously, on March 7, Mr. Phan Van Men - Director of Hanoi Social Insurance was received by the Ministry of Finance and appointed to hold the position of Head of the Department of Management of Receiving and Developing Participants, Vietnam Social Insurance.

On March 8, Vietnam Social Insurance held an online conference to announce and implement Decision No. 391/QD-BTC of the Minister of Finance on regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Vietnam Social Insurance under the Ministry of Finance. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen, Director of the Department of Finance - Accounting (VHXH) was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of Social Insurance Region I (Hanoi City).

At the Conference, Director of Vietnam Social Insurance Le Hung Son presented the Decision on the appointment of Deputy Directors of Social Insurance Region I including Mr. Vu Duc Thuat, Ms. Dam Thi Hoa, Mr. Le Van Long, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam and Mr. Nguyen Cong Dinh.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director of Vietnam Social Insurance Le Hung Son congratulated Mr. Phan Van Men - former Director of Hanoi Social Insurance - on taking on the role of leader and manager at the Revenue Management and Participant Development Board; at the same time, he expressed his confidence that Mr. Phan Van Men will promote his capacity, qualifications, and leadership and management experience both at the central and local levels to successfully complete his new tasks at the key board of Vietnam Social Insurance.

Director Le Hung Son hopes that Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen, Director of Social Insurance Region I and the appointed Deputy Directors will continue to maintain solidarity and unity with the Party Committee and leaders of Social Insurance Region I to promote the achievements, direct and successfully manage the assigned targets and tasks.

Speaking on receiving the assignment, the new Director of Social Insurance of Region I, Nguyen Ngoc Huyen, pledged that in his new position, he will continue to practice, learn, inherit the achievements and experiences of previous leaders of Hanoi Social Insurance, continue to promote the capacity, experience, and enthusiasm, solidarity, and joint efforts with leaders, civil servants, public employees, and social insurance workers of Region I to effectively implement social insurance and health insurance policies in the area, continue to strengthen the relationship and coordination between social insurance agencies and departments, branches, Party committees, authorities, and specialized agencies at all levels in the locality in proactively and creatively implementing targets and tasks... find creative solutions, focus on implementing well the work of advising and proposing to the City Party Committee, the People's Committee, the People's Committee of Vietnam, the People's Committee of Vietnam on implementing social insurance policies in the Central Committee, the People's Committee of Vietnam, the People's Committee of Vietnam on social insurance and social insurance policies...
