At the Conference, Vietnam Social Security continued to disseminate and thoroughly implement seriously and drastically the policies of the Party, National Assembly and Government on restructuring and streamlining the apparatus; at the same time, guided the implementation of a number of regulations; analyzed and corrected limitations, summarized lessons learned in personnel organization, finance and accounting work.
Speaking at the conference, General Director of Vietnam Social Security Nguyen The Manh assessed that in the first 11 months of 2024, the work of organizing staff and financial accounting work in the whole industry achieved many outstanding results, such as the organizational apparatus and payroll continued to be streamlined, effective and efficient in accordance with the spirit of the Party's Resolutions; discipline and order in the whole industry were maintained; work assignment ensured 5 clarity (clear people, clear work, clear responsibility, clear time, clear results); the responsibility of the head and deputy head was increasingly improved; the quality of staff continued to be promoted, meeting the requirements of tasks, and the workload was increasingly large.

General Director of Vietnam Social Security Nguyen The Manh requested that in the coming time, heads of units under Vietnam Social Security, Directors of Social Security of provinces and cities continue to promote the sense of responsibility and the achieved results; at the same time, continue to closely follow the policies and guidelines of the Party, National Assembly, Government, and the directions of the Industry Leaders in performing their tasks.
Regarding personnel work, the entire sector needs to focus on a number of key tasks such as strictly implementing the policies and guidelines of the Party, the National Assembly, and the Government; the direction of the Party Executive Committee and the leaders of the Vietnam Social Security sector related to the work of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus; all civil servants and public employees in the sector need to unite and be unanimous with high political determination, resolutely implementing the Resolutions and policies of the Party and the Government; unanimously determine to continue restructuring the organization and apparatus of the Social Security sector towards the goal of Streamlining - Compactness - Strength - Efficiency - Effectiveness - Efficiency, according to the principle of "one agency or unit performing many tasks, one task is assigned to only one unit to preside over and take primary responsibility; thoroughly overcome the overlapping of functions, tasks, fields, and areas...".
At the same time, proactively review, propose, and reorganize within each agency and unit, prepare personnel, review operations, and adjust functions and tasks.
In the current stage of restructuring the apparatus, the Heads of units under the Vietnam Social Security sector closely follow the policies and orientations of the sector in the coming time to unify, unanimously resolve to act, thoroughly understand, and encourage civil servants and public employees in the unit to be assured, exemplary, and ready to accept tasks.
