For nearly 50 years, along with the development of the unit, the team of female cadres, doctors, nurses, technicians and service staff have always been the core force, persistently contributing to the front line in health care for the army and people. They are both dedicated doctors and women who are full-time family happiness, completing both their duties and civil servants.
Major General Le Quang Tri - Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Hospital, said that women make up nearly 60% of the unit's workforce, and many female union members have held leadership positions, achieving excellent achievements in research, training, international cooperation and participating in United Nations peacekeeping forces. The hospital always wants the union to continue accompanying and creating conditions for female union members to promote their intelligence, bravery and compassion in the health care career.
The program also included exchanges, sharing inspiring professional stories and a performance of "Old-fashioned and Current Vietnamese Ao Dai" performed by the hospital's union members, contributing to honoring the traditional and modern beauty of Vietnamese women.
