At the beginning of 2024, the number of union members in the company was 2,923, and by the beginning of 2025, it was 3,378" - Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Chi said.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Chi, in enterprises, grassroots unions have many activities to connect with union members and workers. The union regularly reviews to promptly support union members who are unfortunately sick or have accidents. Through the loving connection program, the union has supported many workers in especially difficult circumstances.
On holidays and Tet, the Trade Union organizes many activities for union members to participate in activities. In particular, in the 2025 Tet care activities for union members, workers, and units, the unit presented 3,473 gifts, each worth nearly 275,000 VND. The total value of the Tet gifts is 954 million VND.
The Trade Union also organizes the Tet Sum vay program with many cultural and artistic activities to create a Tet space for workers. From the above activities, workers who are working are more attached to the Trade Union organization. When propagated, new workers are confident and ready to join the union.
The company also has many welfare policies for employees. On the occasion of the recent Lunar New Year, the company gave a Tet bonus equal to 13 months' salary, the lowest bonus was 5.4 million VND, the highest bonus was nearly 43 million VND. The total amount of money to take care of workers during the Lunar New Year 2025 is 28.3 billion VND.
Set a real development target of increasing 17,450 union members
The Binh Phuoc Provincial Federation of Labor said that the unit has implemented a plan to develop union members to trade unions at all levels in the province.
