In order to bring a joyful atmosphere and erase the disease scene in the hospital, the Social Work Department, Gia Dinh People's Hospital has brought a loving full moon to children being treated as inpatients. The program is a meaningful spiritual gift, contributing to soothing the pain of illness and bringing joy to children during their hospital stay.

One of the special activities of the program is the "Mid-Autumn Lantern Decoration" contest held at the General Pediatrics Department corridor, attracting the participation of about 70 children. The children painted, colored, and pasted patterns on their own lanterns. Behind each product is a story, a small dream written with immature hands and a heart full of desire to love. Each patient was given a gift to celebrate the cozy Mid-Autumn Festival at the hospital.
P.B.N (14 years old, living in Gia Dinh ward, Ho Chi Minh City) has been hospitalized since the end of September due to pneumonia and flu. In the first days of being in the hospital, I was still sad and shy because I had to be away from home and friends. However, when I was able to participate in the Mid-Autumn Festival program with my friends, my face was radiant with joy. N. smiled and shared: I am very happy to make my own lantern and watch lion dance. I felt like I was at home with my friends. Those moments seemed to bring them a true world of childhood, where there are colors, sound, laughter and the warmth of humanity.
As for baby N.H.B.A (9 years old, living in Gia Dinh ward, Ho Chi Minh City), he has been treated for dengue fever in the General Pediatrics Department for more than a week. I said that I really miss class, miss the Mid-Autumn Festival when I walk around the lights with friends. This year, although I have to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival in the hospital, the program has helped me feel warm.
A. shared: "The first few days were sad and I missed home a lot, I just wanted to get well soon so I could go home. But today, I feel like I am not left behind, still welcomed the Mid-Autumn Festival like you. I thank you, I will try to eat and drink medicine to be able to return home soon."
Also in keeping with the atmosphere of this year's Mid-Autumn Festival, the Trade Union of Military Hospital 175 HCMC organized the "Mid-Autumn Festival Night 2025" for children of officers and employees in the unit.

The program took place in a joyful and warm atmosphere with many special activities such as Ms. Hang and Uncle Cuoi, the lion - Master - Dragon dance, performing arts, medicine, collective games, giving gifts and breaking the Mid-Autumn Festival feast. The vibrant performances, meaningful gifts and colorful spaces brought the children a Mid-Autumn Festival filled with joy and memorable memories.
With the participation of more than 500 children and parents, the "2025 Mid-Autumn Festival Night" program has left many good impressions, contributing to the spirit of solidarity and sharing among the staff of Military Hospital 175.
