According to the Trade Union of Freewell Company Limited, this activity aims to celebrate the Trade Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union for the 2026-2031 term. At the same time, celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025).
The contest was organized for all union members and workers in the company to participate. Participating union members can be divided into teams of 5 people each. The teams will register from today until October 5. The contest will take place on October 19.
This year, the cooking contest was held with the theme "delic dishes from three regions".
Each participating team will be supported with 500,000 VND/team and 100,000 VND for each member. The teams will prepare 2 typical regional dishes (1 salty dish and 1 sweet dish). The cooking time is 60 minutes and the presentation is brief for 5 minutes.
The organizing committee will award the first prize with a prize of 2 million VND, the second prize of 1.5 million VND and 2 third prizes of 1 million VND each.
According to the Trade Union, this is one of the activities to organize a playground for union members and workers. In addition to this activity, in September 2025, the Freewell Company Limited Trade Union presented each union member with a September 2 gift of 150,000 VND. In addition, 559 union members who had birthdays in September were also given congratulatory gifts by the Trade Union, each person 150,000 VND.
