On June 1, Ms. Lai Thi Thanh Phuong - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of B'Lao Ward said that the locality concentrates many businesses and workers.
Over the past time, the Trade Union of B'Lao Ward has proactively coordinated with units to implement many activities to care for and support union members during Workers' Month.

According to Ms. Phuong, the activities not only contribute to encouraging workers to overcome difficulties but also create a healthy playground, strengthening exchanges and connections between union members and businesses.
Notably, recently on May 23, the Trade Union of B'Lao Ward coordinated with the Branch of First Team Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd. to organize sports festivals and present 75 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances, suffering from dangerous diseases or suffering from labor accidents with a total value of 37.5 million VND.

Ms. Tran Ngoc Nhu Quynh - Chairwoman of the grassroots trade union of First Team Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd. Branch said that the unit currently has more than 1,200 employees, of which over 90% are female.
The Trade Union always identifies the central task as representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; at the same time, taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and building a strong trade union organization.

At My Hung Tay Nguyen Co., Ltd. (Dai Nga Hydropower), the trade union organized a Pickleball tournament, the "Trade Union Meal" program and presented gifts to all union members and workers.
The total budget for activities is about 55 million VND from the support of businesses and trade union organizations.
The unit also organized fire prevention and fighting and rescue drills to improve incident response skills for officials and employees.

Meanwhile, B'Lao Food Co., Ltd. maintains the program "Cold Water Cabinet - Cooling Summer", serving free of charge to more than 300 workers from mid-April to the end of Workers' Month 2026.
Businesses also organize fire prevention and fighting drills, contributing to raising awareness of ensuring labor safety.
At Lam Dong Hospital 2, the sports festival and poster design contest with the theme "Proud of my department" attracted a large number of union members to participate.

Bao Loc Tourism Joint Stock Company also organized initial first aid training for officials and employees.
Practical activities during Workers' Month in Lam Dong have contributed to improving the material and spiritual life of workers. At the same time, spreading the spirit of solidarity and emulation in labor production at agencies, units and businesses in the province.
