On January 30, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Chi - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of New Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu commune, Dong Nai province) said that she is organizing Tet gifts for union members and employees at the company.
During this Tet holiday, from trade union funds, the unit presented 3,444 Tet gifts to union members and employees working at the company.
Each gift includes: cooking oil, fish sauce, seasoning granules, sugar, candies, soft drinks. The value of gifts given is 1.2 billion VND.
Previously, during the New Year holiday, the company's grassroots trade union presented 150,000 VND to all union members and employees working at the company.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Chi - Chairwoman of the company's grassroots trade union said that this is one of the activities to care for Tet for union members and workers. In addition to giving gifts, the grassroots trade union also coordinates with the company to organize activities to care for the spiritual life of workers. The grassroots trade union also organizes the Tet Sum vay program, giving gifts to support workers in difficult circumstances.
On the business side, this Tet holiday, New Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd. gives Tet bonuses to each employee equal to one month's salary recorded in the contract plus allowances.
