The An Giang Provincial Police Union in coordination with the An Giang Provincial Police Women's Union organized a visit and gift giving activity to support 5 cases of children in difficult circumstances in Go Quao and U Minh Thuong communes on the occasion of the beginning of the new school year 2025 - 2026.
It is known that the circumstances of the 5 children are particularly difficult; of which, 3 are Khmer people, 2 are Kinh people (brothers), the children study from grade 2 to grade 7. 5 children are orphans; their father or mother has passed away, the rest have left home... Currently, the children all live with elderly grandparents, no longer have the strength to work, the children live by the love of relatives and neighbors.
At the place visited, Lieutenant Colonel Cu An Khoi - Deputy Head of the Political Affairs Department of An Giang Provincial Police and members of the delegation kindly visited, encouraged the spirit and wished the health of the family and children; hoped the family would try to overcome difficulties, strive for a better life; the children were always careful and good at studying.
To help the children overcome difficulties and continue their studies, the group gave gifts (study utensils, backpacks, clothes, shoes, bicycles, necessities) and cash, worth over 10 million VND.
This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating concern, care, and community sharing for the younger generation, while adding determination and encouraging spirit to help them overcome difficulties, improve their studies and lives, and later become useful citizens for society. The activity promotes the spirit of "mutual love and support", spreading the beautiful image of the People's Public Security force in social security work, caring for the younger generation.
